We love our custom neon light. Before I purchased, I reviewed the options from other sellers and chose this one because of the ability to customize the color, cut, font design as well as the ability to dim the light. The seller, Jun, was extremely patient and responsive as I wanted to see the different font options and colors. In addition, the price was right. The neon light was created and shipped very quickly and looks great! I had an issue with the remote, not sure if it was user error and again,was very responsive and fixed it right away. The customer service could not have been better! We would definitely buy again.
